Fintech sales leader joins xfolio to drive UK growth across its treasury management platform and Absolute Payment Solutions payments business

xfolio Appoints Payments Veteran Peter Travis to Lead UK Sales

xfolio, a rapidly growing treasury management and payments technology company, today announced the appointment of payments and fintech sales veteran Peter Travis to lead its UK sales operations.

Peter will drive xfolio’s growth in the UK across its treasury management platform and Absolute Payment Solutions (APS), its UK payments subsidiary. He brings extensive sales leadership experience across the payments and fintech sectors, with deep expertise in UK payment infrastructure, Bacs, direct debit and direct credit. His career includes senior commercial roles at Finastra, where he worked with financial institutions and businesses on payments technology and services.

“Peter brings a deep understanding of the UK payments market, built through years of working with customers and the infrastructure they depend on,” said Dyfan Williams, managing director of Absolute Payment Solutions, xfolio’s UK subsidiary. “As we expand xfolio’s treasury management business and build on APS’s position in UK payments, his combination of payments expertise and commercial experience will help us reach more organisations looking for a more connected approach to treasury and payments.”

xfolio provides a cloud-based treasury management platform that brings together payments, cash visibility, forecasting and financial connectivity. Through APS, xfolio also provides UK payment capabilities including Bacs, Direct Debit, Faster Payments and open banking. Together, the businesses enable finance and treasury teams to manage payments, cash and treasury operations through connected technology rather than separate systems and providers.

“xfolio has a significant opportunity in the UK as finance teams look to simplify the technology they use to manage treasury and payments,” said Peter Travis, Director of Sales & Partnerships at xfolio. “APS has an established position in UK payments, while xfolio AI brings broader treasury management capabilities around that foundation. I’m looking forward to working with the team and helping more organisations modernise how they manage payments, cash and treasury operations.”
